Amid labor shortages, more Nebraska firms offering to put future employees through college
Haden Czarnick, a 20-year-old from Silver Lake who went to SCC-Milford is now a full-time service technician at AKRS after graduating this spring. Companies are paying their employees’ (or future employees’) tuition in order to attract high skilled workers to their businesses in a tight job market.
