Blue Valley Behavioral Health is offering a free support group for spouses, siblings, children (age 18 and up), family members, friends and significant others who are involved with someone dealing with a mental illness.

The group, called Strong Ties, is led by mental health providers aimed at creating a supportive environment for people to share their similar circumstances and learn about helping their loved ones with mental illness.

This support group will begin will be provided on the 1^st and 3^rd Wednesday of each month from 6-7:30pm at the Lincoln office: 3901 Normal Blvd., Suite 201. You may call the office at 402-261-4017 or visit the website for more information.
